GMA network is suing Mo Twister and TV5 for breach of contract amounting to 4 million pesos, the 2 million pesos is for the damages while the other 2 million is for the attorney’s fees and litigation fees.

GMA filed a lawsuit for the reasons of Mo Twister still having an exclusive contract with GMA until May 3,2010 but he already was hired by TV5 for the show “ang juicy” and “paparazzi”. Right now GMA is filing for a TRO to stop the showing of the said programs in TV5.

Mo Twister is a DJ in radio station magic 899 where he successfully runs a program every morning called “good times with mo”. I’m pretty sure Mo Twister can easily pay that amount if he needs to.
