Former Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay is confident that he has won the Vice Presidential race defeating the Mar Roxas in an upset. For months and months of surveys, Mar Roxas is always on the lead with Binay trailing for second but the few days before the actual elections Binay has creeped up to overcome Roxas’s lead. According to reports Liberal Party standard-bearer Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III has the most number of illegal posters in the metropolis, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA)
Chairman Oscar Innocentes said on Tuesday that the MMDA has documentary evidence of the violations, which the agency will submit to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for appropriate action. Most of the violations were committed in Manila, he added.
